We set of to learn the secrets of Khmer cooking at Le Tigre de Papier's cooking school.
After choosing our favourite dishes from the menu we headed off on a little adventure through the alleyways to Psar Chas (the Old Market) where we were introduced to many of the unique ingredients used in Khmer cooking.
After our introduction to some ingredients fundamental to Cambodian cuisine we headed back to our kitchen and started peeling, chopping, crushing, stirring and mixing .
